Westway Terminal Company LLC is pleased to announce that Mr. G. R. “Jerry” Cardillo has been elected to become Westway’s President and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) effective April 18, 2016.
Jerry’s extensive track record in growing and successfully expanding businesses in terminals, marine, rail and truck transportation logistics and petrochemicals complements the future direction and growth opportunities of Westway.
Since 2002 Jerry has been with Enterprise Products where he has served in a variety of positions, most recently as Group Senior Vice President of Transportation and Logistics. In this role he had responsibility for the all logistics scheduling and planning activities and served as the President of Enterprise Marine Services, and Enterprise Trucking. His duties also include oversight of all pipeline scheduling, marine terminal and rail optimization activities. He was involved in the development activities for various LPG products, crude oil, refined products and petrochemical product movements. In this role he had over led 1400 employees reporting to him.
Jerry has been in the energy sector with Chevron, Koch and Enterprise since 1981. He has a BS in Marine Transportation from the United States Merchant Marine Academy, Kings Point N.Y. and a Master’s of Business Administration from the University of Southwestern Louisiana (now known as the University of Louisiana Lafayette).
